A. Classes scheduled during “Prime Time” may, at the full discretion of the trainer, be combined into a small group lesson, consisting of no
more than 4 riders. “Prime Time” is defined as: Saturdays and Sundays (all day), State and Federal Holidays (all day), and weekdays
from 3pm to 6pm.
B. Reign Equestrian and Trainers reserve the right to cancel any lesson at any time, for any reason. Reasonable effort will be made to
notify student/rider of any cancellation via text, call, or email but not guaranteed. Reasons for such cancellation may be but not limited
to: Weather, Barn Issues, Horse Issues like missing shoes etc, Trainer Illness. Reason may or may not be specified.
C. Trainer has the right and obligation to cancel a class while in session. Reasons include but not limited to, weather, or if trainer
determines that Rider is not or no longer fit to ride, or uncooperative, or if horse become unfit to ride for any reason. These are examples
only and not limiting to reasons for cancellation of lesson while in session. If lesson is cancelled due to rider being uncooperative, lesson
is forfeited. If lesson is cancelled for good reason in the first 15 minutes of scheduled time, lesson will be rescheduled. If lesson is
cancelled after 15 minutes for good reason, the lesson is considered completed.
D. All Tuition payments must be paid prior to scheduling any class or classes with your instructor. Any additional classes beyond what is
included in the rider’s tuition plan must be paid prior to scheduling any such additional class.
E. Rider is not guaranteed to ride the same horse in each lesson. Trainer reserves the right to substitute any horse at any time, for any
reason.
F. Trainer reserves the right to have a substitute trainer teach all or part of a lesson for any reason. Your trainer may or not be present if
such substitute occur.
G. New student enrollment is pro-rated (at the “Additional Class” rate) for the first month based on which tuition plan they enroll in and
number of remaining classes in that month.
a. If new student enrolls prior to the 15th of the current month, only current month prorates tuition is due. If new student
enrolls after the 15th of the current month, Tuition is due prorated for the remainder of the current month and the
following month’s full tuition at time of enrollment.
b. Classes for new students will commence 7 days after tuition payment is received unless other arrangements are made
with management. This is to allow sufficient time for the new student to be added to the calendar.

H. All tuitions are due on or before the last day of the month for next month’s tuition. Reminders are sent out 10 days prior to the end of
the month.
I. All riders must be in good standing with tuition paid up to date in order to ride.
J. Class Cancellation & Rescheduling policy:
a. All cancellation must be communicated to your trainer at least 24hr prior to scheduled lesson day and time. For example, if
your lesson is on Saturday at 10am, you must notify your trainer of cancellation by 10am Friday, NOT 10pm Friday.
24hrs Notice Please “NO EXCEPTIONS”, ok, a few exceptions, such as: Serious Illness, Real Family Emergency, etc... and is at
the sole discretion of the trainer whether to reschedule or forfeit class on a case by case basis and with good documented
reason by rider.
i. Rider forfeits class if proper timely notification is not given.
ii. Communication is to be made either by phone call (leave voicemail if no one answers),
or text to 239-634-8627( ) , AND MUST send email to reigneq@gmail.com requesting cancellation. Reign Equestrian will make every effort to respond as soon as possible to confirm receipt of cancellation message. It is the responsibility of the rider to follow up if no response is received regarding cancellation. Technology failure is not a valid excuse.
b. Any approved missed class must be rescheduled within 7 days of missed class or class is forfeited. It is the rider’s responsibility
to reschedule any missed class by contacting your trainer and rescheduling.
c. Riders may NOT cancel a lesson with less than 24hrs notice due to bad weather. Only your Trainer may cancel lesson due to
weather at their sole discretion or unless so ordered by Local Authorities. Equestrian traditionally train and compete even if
there is rain. All competitions still continue even in heavy rain, unless there is visible lightning present or local authorities issue
a warning. We operate and train in the same manner. No exceptions.
d. Any rider wishing to pause or terminate enrollment must notify REq office in writing via email to reigneq@gmail.com within
14 days of requested enrollment pause. Late notification will result rider a fee of 50% of Monthly Tuition amount. Reason for
advance notification to pause or cancel is, Rider has a set day and time with their train thus no one else can use that time slot
for that month with that trainer. Early notification allows the office to schedule another rider for that time slot.
e. Riders must show up on time for each lesson. A rider more than 15 minutes late forfeits the lesson for that day, and no
makeup will be permitted. No lesson will be extended past the original time slot due to rider arriving late. Trainer reserves all
rights on how to handle the lesson if a Rider is late.
K. All Tuitions must be paid in full by the 5th of the new tuition month.
a. All Tuitions are considered late after the 5th of the new tuition month and are assessed a $25.00 late renewal fee.
b. No Classes will be scheduled until tuition is paid in full.
L. All returned checks will be assessed a $25.00 fee per occurrence. If a 2nd check is returned, checks will no longer be accepted.
